CURRENTLY SNACKING ON... MEXICAN CHOCOLATE

Trader Joe's Stone Ground Salt & Pepper Dark Chocolate

This chocolate is extremely tasty as a hot cocoa...a bit strong alone...can't wait to try it on a dessert.

I was just wondering - how do you make hot cocoa with the Trader Joe's stone ground chocolate? I can tell it would be fantastic that way, but can't figure out how much to use with milk? Please share! :-)

Hello there, I just used one or two wedges. The pepper is a little strong so a little goes a long way. You can heat up some milk and then let the wedge melt by stirring it or you can heat up some water melt the chocolate in it by stiring it and then adding some cream or milk to taste. Enjoy!!
